You must register for the conference first to receive the housing link.  Upon completion of your registration, you will receive the housing link in both the confirmation page and in a confirmation email.

Conference Add-Ons

Pre-Conference Workshop: The pre-conference workshop is a separately ticketed event. Registrants can choose to add the pre-conference workshop to their conference registration during step 2 of the registration process. Please note that space is limited for this workshops. 

Session Recordings:  Following the conference, you can revisit sessions On Demand as audio recordings synchronized to PowerPoint slides (if PowerPoint is used). This content is the best way to keep up with your education and allows you to take in all the valuable content offered! Purchase the recordings now as the price will increase onsite. Content will be available for purchasers by December 16, 2025. Online content will include all recorded sessions for which we receive permission to record. Pre-conference workshop and the Keynote Address are not included.

Administrators' Network 

Designed exclusively for physical therapy private practice administrators, the APTA Private Practice Administrators' Network offers special benefits designed to serve your needs. APTA Private Practice Administrators' Network members enjoy full member access to the website, a free monthly subscription to Impact Magazine, discounted registration to many APTA Private Practice events, and much more.

As full conference registrants, practice administrators have access to all content scheduled throughout the conference!

Membership to the Administrators' Network excludes PTs, PTA, and students or graduates of a CAPTE-accredited PT or PTA program.

Cancellations and Refunds (Attendees Only)

All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing by September 24, 2025 to trish.strong@kcimeetings.com.  A refund of the full conference fee, minus a $75 administrative fee, will be given for cancellations received by that date.  No refunds will be granted for requests postmarked after September 24, 2025.  The APTA Private Practice regrets that refunds will not be given for no-shows.

Substitutions

Substitutions within this program are gladly accepted. A substitution of your full registration is permitted prior to the conference by submitting a written request to trish.strong@kcimeetings.com. Onsite transfers must be accompanied by proof of the original confirmation letter.

Group Discounts 

A discount of $150 off the registration fee is available for the 3rd full in-person registration or more from the same organization. Registrants must register at the same time to be eligible for discounted rates. 

By registering for an APTA Private Practice program (virtual or face-to-face), you acknowledge your registration is subject to APTA Private Practice’s Program Code of Conduct Policy.
